Free Yoga Northeast happens every week at Northeast Park in Northeast Minneapolis. If you are a human person who has an interest in stretching and breathing for an hour alongside some of your neighborhood friends, then you should definitely come. Bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a bottle of water. We have spare mats at the park, but the supply is limited, so definitely BYO if you own a mat. Wear comfy clothes and be prepared to move. Your body will be moving during most of class, but this class is accessible to all levels.
Take your Thursday evenings to the next level with 90 minutes of rejuvenating and restful bliss. The first 60 minutes include slow-flowing yoga and deep breathing, led by yours truly. Then, during your final resting pose, an experienced acupuncturist will provide distal acupuncture while you rest and release what is no longer serving you, making space for things that do. We'll finish off our practice with a grounding meditation that you can use anytime you wish. All levels are welcome. Bring your own mat, water bottle and an open mind. This class costs $25 and is limited to 15 people. Pre-registration is required.
