Free Yoga Northeast

Free Yoga Northeast happens every week at Northeast Park in Northeast Minneapolis. If you are a human person who has an interest in stretching and breathing for an hour alongside some of your neighborhood friends, then you should definitely come. Bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a bottle of water. We have spare mats at the park, but the supply is limited, so definitely BYO if you own a mat. Wear comfy clothes and be prepared to move. Your body will be moving during most of class, but this class is accessible to all levels. 



Yoga + Acupuncture

Yoga and acupuncture are a match made in the chillest of heavens. Whether you're new to acupuncture, yoga or you love them both, this is a great, affordable way to combine these two healing modalities in one evening, twice a month, at Water Bar & Public Studio. This 90-minute class is split up as follows: the first 60 minutes include slow-flowing yoga and deep breathing, led by me. Then, during your final resting pose, one of the acubabes from Constellation Acupuncture & Healing Arts will lull you into a short but powerful needle nap. Practice ends with a meditation designed to send you back into the world feeling more connected and grounded. All levels are welcome. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
