I believe meditation is personal: what works for one person may not work for another. For this reason, my meditation offerings are all private-session based. They can be done over the phone, online or in person. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, whether that be relaxation, energizing, releasing fear or shame, or navigating grief, anxiety and depression. Using the breath and clear, direct language in a conversational tone, I aim to help you get closer to yourself in a low-pressure, safe environment.
