Yin Yoga + The Water Element

In the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine, Water is synonymous with both life and death. It is the source from which we came and to which we will return. Water, which aligns with the coldest, darkest winter nights, is the most yin of all the the elements. It is absolute rest, passivity, and receptivity. In this workshop, we will breathe, meditate, and release into poses that allow us to harness the quiet power of the Water element. This class is perfect for anyone who needs to cultivate more receptivity and more quiet while releasing rigidity.

All levels are welcome. Space is limited to 8 people. Pre-registration is recommended.
