MOVE > SIT > WRITE is a short practice you can do every day or whenever you need a boost. It's a little bit of stretching, a little bit of meditating and a little bit of writing. Adding this practice to my daily morning routine in 2014 changed the way I lived my life. Like a lot.

I used MOVE > SIT > WRITE to locate, explore, and create space in my life. I've designed 3 sessions in which you can do the same. Stage I (10 mins) helps you locate physical, mental and emotional space, while Stage II (15 mins) explores that space and Stage III (20 mins) creates new space. All three stages come with a video that leads you through a MOVE practice and a recording that leads you through your SIT and WRITE prompts. You can move through each stage at your own pace. It's common for people to spend a week in each stage, but it's totally up to you.
It's always more fun to do this stuff when you know other people are doing the same thing.
When you register, you'll be invited to join a closed Facebook group consisting of individuals from all over the world who have been moving, sitting and writing for awhile now. And they're excited to meet you.
We share pictures of our cats sitting on our laps when we meditate as well as links to any information that supports and inspires us to keep at it.
