In this workshop, you will use movement, meditation and free writing to take a journey from the external to the internal by way of observing your physical, mental and emotional states.

Your teacher, Tatum Fjerstad, started using these three practices in succession two years ago in an effort to cultivate more self awareness and thereby a healthier relationship with herself and those around her. It worked so well that she took it on tour around the U.S. in 2016. We’re excited to have Tatum back to teach this transformative workshop.
